Shipping policy
Ralloza partners with local courier services, so products can be delivered directly to your home or to your local post office.
Your payment will be charged when you place your order, and all payments must be verified and authorized before delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Delivery
We will begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, we cannot make any changes (including address changes) once your order has been placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. You will only pay for the products delivered, plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email.
Deliveries only take place on weekdays, not on Saturdays or holidays.
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, but some products may take longer to process, especially during holidays or if your order includes popular products with limited availability. Orders are shipped as soon as stock status is confirmed.
If an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and received on different days due to differences in the location of our production partners.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 days. The average delivery time is 6-9 days.
Please note: The times above are estimates in working days. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, however Ralloza is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather, labor disputes, demonstrations, etc. Such disruptions may result in longer delays than the original estimated delivery time.
What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed?
In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame. However, sometimes delays may occur during the delivery process. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent via email.
